BATTLEFIELD story behind this painting: When I was painting this picture I was only at the beginning. Quite ignorant about historical era I wanted to set my story in. Believe or not I repainted this one at least 5-6 times. At the end of scrolling u'll find the oldest version:) Also I repainted her sword from the scratch. My main inspiration for it was a scythian sword called akinak from 600-500BC.
